Answer 1 b) There are many intensive programs and therapies that has been designed to treat the psychopaths, but sadly there has been no program that can be considered to be effective. Psychopaths possess certain manipulative skills which according to some experts get honed sometimes, instead of getting extinguished by therapies.
Answer 2) Attempts should be made to treat psychopaths even when there has been no example of them being completely treated. This is because there is nothing bad in trying to achieve success even when the chances of success are low. Efforts should be made to change a psychopaths condition to some extent if not hundred percent.
Answer 3) I believe that there are ethical problems of labeling a child as a psychopath because children and adolescents are considered a vulnerable group. Those who are child activists or who fight for the protection and rights of children will always find labeling of children as psychopaths to be a highly unethical issue.
Answer 4) I strongly believe that children who show behavioral and emotional evidence that they are headed down the path to being a psychopath should be treated whether parents want the treatment or not because it would be cruel towards the children to leave them to deteriorate their conditions and make themselves prone to become an even reckless adults. It would also be cruel to the society at large to not treat the suspected criminals of future.
