Challenges

The worlds population is no doubt a diverse one. When dealing with such a diverse client population there a number of challenges one should expect to face. First, there is the challenge of etiquette as what a certain population regards as right might mean the exact opposite to another group. Another challenge is that of varied culture as can be evident in the wide cultural difference between the western civilization and the Islamic cultures. At the individual level, different clients have difference personalities, a factor which no doubt poses a major challenge to service providers. Still, the challenge of educational qualification as quite common as it influences the level of understanding as well as the quality of debates which could arise from the client. The last challenge could be that of economic, social and political stance by the various clients. Some clients have high levels of individualism while others do not.

Personal cultures will no doubt dictate much in how on relates with others as well as how they conduct their daily assignments. On the other hand the values one us not only towards work but also towards others serve to define their interpersonal relations with others in the workplace. Indeed, it is the values and attitude we have which dictates the level of trust and cooperation other will afford us. In a free job market economy like is in the modern society, biases will only serve as a freedom to choice but in extreme cases it can greatly compromise an individuals competitive position in the marketplace. Experience is the best teacher meaning that applying the knowledge we have sufficiently gained will always impact positively into our professional work. This is because experience saves us from allowing the reoccurrence of a mistake.
