Job Burnout

I completely agree with the job burnout results that I have a high job satisfaction level. Since I have been recently promoted to the position of a Lead Customer Service Representative after two years of joining the organization, I feel that my hard work has been appreciated and my contribution to the organization has helped it in a positive way. Perhaps this is the reason why I am internally at peace as far as my career at this point of life is considered. I also completely agree that I am a good match for the job. If it would have not been so, the higher management would not have chosen me when there were others too in the pipeline. The other reason why I agree with this aspect of the job burnout results is that this was the position for which I have been preparing as soon as I joined the organization. Since I have closely observed, imbibed and moderated my working style in accordance to the job role requirements of a Lead CSR, I am confident about the fact that I am a good match for the job.

There is nothing in the result that I disagree with. However, I would try to stop worrying too much as far as promotions are concerned. In the past two years not the current job role but the urge to get to a higher position had definitely troubled me a lot. This time I want to focus more on learning the techniques of the job. I want to run after knowledge and skill enhancement rather than the next promotion. If I am able to elevate my understanding and skill to a higher level, then career advancement would automatically take place.

I would start being not just a better professional but an even better individual as my work largely entails a lot of interpersonal relationship and if a person is genuinely a nice person then he never has to make an effort to be good to others. This trait would be extremely advantageous to my role of a Lead Customer Service Representative. Last but not the least I will continue being a learner. If one gets satisfied with his knowledge then he becomes stagnant. I will continue observing my superiors as well as customers so that I keep on updating myself in order to carry out my new job responsibilities successfully.
